Bruyère Continuing Care and the Canadian College of Health Leaders join forces to develop certified health leaders

The Canadian College of Health Leaders (the College) is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Bruyère Continuing Care (Bruyère) to increase the level of leadership in the provision of care to seniors within its multi-site facility.

Bruyère, celebrating 170 years of compassionate care, provides a wide range of vital programs and services, and specializes in compassionate healthcare for some of the most vulnerable people in our community: the frail elderly, people with chronic and terminal illness, and persons with disabilities.

Through this partnership, Bruyère committed to making the Certified Health Executive (CHE) designation, held by over 1,400 health leaders across Canada, its preferred credential for leadership and management roles to develop their skills and competencies, and increase their leadership capabilities.
